The story of CASS wines began far away in South Africa, when a simple buddy trip turned into the Syrah-induced decision to jump into a new adventure. Steve was just starting to see the quality harvest of his newly planted Paso Robles vineyard, so Ted raised a glass of that South African Syrah and challenged, “Let’s make wine, partner!” Jump 20 years down the road, and what seemed like a spur of the moment compulsion has turned into a journey worth celebrating!
