Featuring a four course meal prepared by Chef Mo L’Esperance paired with Bonny Doon Vineyard wines.
1st Course, paired with 2017 Vin Gris de Cigare
Local fish crudo
Seasonal vegetable crostini
2nd Course, paired with 2015 Le Cigare Blanc
Chicory salad with capers, white beans, pickled shallots, shaved fennel, blood orange, pecorino vinaigrette
3rd Course, paired with 2014 Le Cigare Volant
Farro risotto with crispy mushrooms, leeks, celery root crème, beet top and beet chips
Red wine braised short rib with mashed parsnip and roasted carrots
4th Course, paired with 2017 Vin de Glacière
Tony boy, whipped lemon & parsnip mascarpone, blackberry, almonds, cinnamon sugar
