Yoga in the Vineyard at Zaca Mesa Winery
What’s included:
1-hr guided yoga class with Vineyard Yoga SYV, a guided meditation and 10 minute relaxation, a glass of hand-crafted wine after class, and all the gorgeous vineyard & mountain views you could ever want.
Please bring to class:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket or towel for underneath your mat (for extra padding)
- Water
- Yoga props you may like to use (block, strap, blanket, etc.)
- Sunscreen
