An OASIS like no other! Our tasting room is nestled amongst the hills in the beautiful south-east portion of Paso Robles in the El Pomar District. Have your tasting inside or outside overlooking breathtaking scenes that include 60 planted acres of SIP certified sustainable vineyards, 2 acres of gardens and flowers, and a grove of 120+ year old olive trees. Our grounds are perfect for a casual picnic in the sunshine or an intimate wedding. You can enjoy tableside service in the sunshine and often leave learning something new. You’ll be able to spot a wide variety of wildlife on the property, with an assortment of birds from sweet sparrows and quail to imposing hawks and eagles. Our property is devoted to providing adequate habitats for native species and we deeply appreciate the biodiversity on the ranch. Still Waters is a family owned vineyard that is dedicated to producing small lots of premium estate wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Grenache, Primitivo, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Pinot Gris. Located just five minutes east of Paso Robles, we are open daily from 11 am to 5 pm
