Joe and Suzi Ginet were dairy farmers for 30 years. In 1998 with help from cousins in Savoie France planted their first two acre vineyard with 18 certified varieties and 6 acres of certified rootstock. By 2000 they were selling around 50,000 grafted vines per year which helped with the transition from milk to wine. They sold the milk cows in 2004 and started the Organic beef herd. By 2006 they had increased the vineyard to 15 acres and became a bonded winery, and since then produced wines and certified Organic retail cuts of beef. Being big proponets of Regenerative Agriculture and Organics the 210 acre farm has thrived producing many award winning wines and high quality Organic beef. Rhone varieties that are produced are: Syrah, Mourvèdre, Viognier, Grenache, Mondeuse, and Persan.
