Edio Vineyards at Delfino Farms is located in the mountains of El Dorado County. We are dedicated to making small bath wines made as a tribute to our patriarch and founder, Edio Delfino. The farm, Delfino Farms, was founded in 1964; however, our winery was started in 2018 when third generation Delfino's, Christine, Peter, and Derek, moved back home from their time on the Central Coast going to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and working in the wine industry of Edna Valley and Paso Robles. We took everything we learned and strive to make fresh, bright, alpine wines that showcase our 3,000 ft mountain vineyards and granitic soil.
